Hotel Irvine Gets $7M Upgrade

According to a report by the Orange County Register, Irvine Company has completed a makeover of its Hotel Irvine at the company’s Jamboree Center office district.

As reported, the new renovations included approximately $7 million of improvements purposed to refresh the property’s common areas, hospitality zones (including kitchens), guest room interiors and an array of FF&E.

The 536-room hotel underwent a $35 million update of its facilities in 2015, with that effort helmed by Brayton Hughes Design Studio.

Billed as a “lifestyle hotel” serving both destination and business travelers with an array of amenities and programmed hospitality spaces, Hotel Irvine is located near John Wayne Airport at the intersection of Interstate 405 and Jamboree Road in Irvine.

The property is an anchor of Irvine Company’s 1.6 million-square-foot Jamboree Center Class A office district, a master-planned campus in the heart of the Irvine Business Complex.

Connect Retail West is coming to Newport Coast, CA on Feb. 13. For more information, or to register, click here.
