Hospitality Ventures, Investra Partner for 12-Hotel Portfolio
Atlanta-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group has completed a joint-venture acquisition of 12 hotels across the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest.
in partnership with Investra Capital Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The portfolio of Marriott- and Hyatt-branded properties includes three Courtyard Inns in the Atlanta metro area.
“In the first few months of 2018, HVMG has added 16 hotels totaling 2,611 rooms to its portfolio of full- and select-service and extended-stay hotels across the United States, putting us on track for an historic growth year,” said Robert S. Cole, president and CEO, HVMG. “We continue to seek best-in-class partners like Investra, as we selectively target hotels that can benefit from repositioning and/or capital improvements located in top tier markets.”
The portfolio totals 1,465 keys, with a Courtyard in the Austin, TX market the largest by room count. HVMG also will operate the entire portfolio.
