Hospitality Investor to Launch CityCentre Hotel
PA Hospitality will soon begin construction on the AC Hotel by Marriott CityCentre Houston at 10752 Town and Country Way. The $19 million project is being designed by DLR Group. The only other AC-branded location in Houston is the AC Hotel by Marriott Houston Downtown.
The new AC Hotel in CityCentre will be the development’s second hotel, joining The Moran CityCentre at 800 Sorella Court. The Houston Business Journal reports that The City Center has been the subject of numerous developments of late.
Last year, Midway topped out on CityCentre Six, a 19-story, 320,000-square-foot tower at 903 Town and Country Blvd., which broke ground in February 2024.
Midway demolished the vacant Four Points by Sheraton Houston West in 2022 to make way for a new six-story office building called CityCentre Seven. When it is completed, CityCentre Seven will offer a total of about 147,000 square feet, including 120,000 square feet of office space and more than 27,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
