Hospitality Brand Kasa Lands $70M Series C

Kasa Living, a tech-powered hospitality brand, has closed a $70 million Series C funding round, with Citi Ventures and FirstMark Capital leading the all-equity round.  

Kasa provides a hospitality operating system that looks to improve profitability for property owners and enhances the guest experience. The company operates multifamily apartments, single-family homes, and boutique hotels.  

Kasa has consistently improved property profitability by over 50% and achieved high guest satisfaction scores on platforms like TripAdvisor. The funding will support the company’s plans for substantial property portfolio growth.
