Horn’s 101K-SF Warehouse Buy Breaks Nashville Record

Horn USA has acquired a 101,000-square-foot warehouse at 1870 General Patton Dr. in Franklin, TN. The toolmaker paid $10.7 million to Brennan Investments of Chicago for the Nashville-area property.  The $105-per-square-foot price paid was a record for the purchase of a more than 100,000-square-foot industrial building, according to Avison Young broker Todd Prevost, who represented the seller.

The buyer is a subsidiary of Horn S.A. in Luxembourg, which manufactures cutting tools for the metalworking industry. The firm plans to relocate into the space from its current 40,000 square feet at 320 Premier Court in Franklin.
