Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture of Trinity Church NYC, Norges Bank Investment Management and Hines, said Monday that Horizon Media, reportedly the largest U.S. media agency and the largest independent globally, signed a 17-year lease extension for 360,000 square feet at 75 Varick St. Now with more than six floors in the building, Horizon has called 75 Varick home since 2010.

“Horizon has been a valued long-standing tenant at 75 Varick, and we are thrilled to extend their lease here for another 17 years,” said Jason Alderman, senior managing director, and city head of Hines’ New York office. “We believe that Hudson Square is the city center of innovation and creativity, and we continue to make concerted efforts to attract creative and forward-thinking companies to the neighborhood.”

Newmark’s David Falk and Peter Shimkin represented Hudson Square Properties while Newmark’s Moshe M. Sukenik, and Chris Mongeluzo represented Horizon Media.
