Hoplite Renews for 17K-SF at 810 Seventh Ave

Hoplite Capital Management renewed its lease for 17,320 square feet of office space at 810 Seventh Ave., a 41-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

“The building is a magnet for financial and technology firms due its recent capital upgrades and sweeping views of Central Park,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for building owner SL Green.

Other notable building tenants at the 750,000-square-foot tower include Nomura Research Institute, Daewoo Securities, Berkeley Research Group, Aegis Capital Holding, Omega Advisors, Brightwood Capital Advisors and Ion Media Networks.
