Honeywell Inks Deal at CityWestPlace

Technology company Honeywell signed a lease with Parkway Property Investments LLC to lease 114,068 square feet at Houston’s CityWestPlace. In late 2019, the Fortune 100 company will relocate from 1250 W. Sam Houston Pkwy S. to the new space at 2103 CityWest Blvd. in the metro’s Westchase submarket.

CityWestPlace Building 1 will be the base of operations for the Honeywell Process Solutions business.  The company outgrew its current Houston headquarters, which is the reason for the relocation. Rich Pancioli and John Morris with CBRE represented the tenant. J.P. Hutcheson led the effort on behalf of Parkway Property.

CityWestPlace consists of a four-building campus totaling 1.4 million square feet, and situated on 35 acres. Amenities include a fitness center, restaurants, conferencing facilities and ATMs, as well as an auto repair center, on-campus dentist, hair salon and dry cleaning.
