Homefix Custom Remodeling has acquired 14880 Sweitzer Lane, a 73,555-square-foot industrial/flex building in Laurel, MD for approximately $7.2 million.

Matthew Curran and Andrew Meeder of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, represented the buyer. Mike Roden of CBRE represented the seller, Consolidated Graphics, Inc.

Constructed in 1991 and situated on more than four acres, 14880 Sweitzer Lane is a two-story building that accommodates both commercial office and industrial/warehouse uses. The property contains approximately 34,000 square feet of office space on two floor and an additional 39,000 square feet of warehouse space with three dock doors, one over-sized drive-in door and a separate utility size dock door.
