Three builders have been selected to construct 279 homes in four new neighborhoods for the next phase of the Village of Rienda in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. City officials announced that Lennar, Tri Pointe Homes and Trumark Homes will build the residences, using Progressive Spanish, Farmhouse and Contemporary designs.

“Due to the huge demand for homes at the Village of Rienda, we have accelerated our building plans and are excited to announce the Neighborhood Builders for the next phase,” said Paul Johnson, executive VP of community development for Rancho Mission Viejo.

The new neighborhoods include Botanica by Tri Pointe Homes, consisting of two story, single-family homes; Dahlia by Trumark Homes, also two story, single-family homes; Haven by Lennar and Pearl by Lennar, Gavilan 55+ one- and two-story homes, both duplex and single-family. Sales are expected to begin later this year.

The Village of Rienda is located less that five miles from downtown San Juan Capistrano and a 15-minute drive from San Clemente and Doheny State Beach.
