Home2Suites by Hilton Austin Cedar Park Sells to Civitas Capital
Civitas Capital Group acquired the 84-key Home2Suites by Hilton Austin Cedar Park, located northwest of downtown Austin. The Dallas investor acquired the four-story hotel at 14022 US 183 from developer/owner Pure Lodging Hospitality LLC, headquartered in Austin. Aimbridge Hospitality will manage the asset on behalf of Civitas.
The pet-friendly hospitality property opened in 2013, and offers complimentary internet, communal spaces and Spin2Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area. Also on site are the Home 2 MKT for grab-and-go items, a complimentary daily breakfast, indoor saline pool, fire pit and grill area.
“Home2 Suites by Hilton and Austin are a perfect marriage of brand and city,” said Caroline Perel, managing director for Civitas. “The hotel’s modern style, eco-friendly offerings, and value-conscious pricing makes us a great addition to Austin.”
