Home School Provider Acquires New Sacramento HQ

Cushman & Wakefield advised the sale of a 63,387-square-foot Class A office building in Gold River, within the Sacramento metro area. The two-story building located at 11931 Foundation Pl. was acquired by Visions In Education for its new office headquarters. The property was vacant at the time of sale and sold for approximately $6.7 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Kris Kalmbach represented the buyer and Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Partington represented the seller, Rpro152n3 LLC.

Visions In Education, currently headquartered in nearby Carmichael, anticipates moving into the building next summer. The home school provider will have 150 employees working on site, increasing to as many as 200 on staff and teacher training days. The school will only use the building for administrative and training purposes and not public classes.

“This is a high-quality and high-image building that also offers really great convenience for the school’s administrative employees,” said Kalmbach.
