Caring People, a 24-hour, home health care agency, has leased a 3,350-square-foot space at 184 Fourth Ave. on the busy border between Brooklyn’s Park Slope and Gowanus neighborhoods.

“We’re big believers in the future of Gowanus, a historically industrial neighborhood that has been transitioning in recent years to new uses that include national brand hotels, recreational centers, offices, restaurants such as Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and supermarkets such as Whole Foods,” said Brad Cohen, senior director for Eastern Consolidated, who with Jacob Tzfanya and Jon Kamali represented the landlord.

Eli Someck, president of Redwood Property Group, advised the tenant.
