Maiden Home to Open Flagship Store in Meatpacking District

Maiden Home, a home furnishings company, has signed a 4,100-square-foot retail lease in the Meatpacking district.

Located at 34 Little West 12th Street, the location will serve as Maiden Home’s flagship store. The 10-year lease encompasses a 3,300-square-foot ground-floor retail space and a partial 850-square-foot cellar.

Newmark’s Neal Ohm and Michael Cohen represented the tenant in the lease agreement. “In securing this idyllic Meatpacking district destination, Maiden Home marks the continued expansion of their business and presence in the Manhattan landscape,” said Ohm.
