Home Care Provider Moves HQ to Full Floor at Sullivan Center

Cushman & Wakefield represented Help at Home, LLC in a new long-term lease and move of its corporate headquarters office to the historic Sullivan Center, 1 S. State St., in the Loop. The tenant will occupy the building’s entire fifth floor, which is 76,313 square feet of space.

A leading national provider of care and support to older adults and people with disabilities, Help at Home will move from its current location, at nearby 1 N. State St., later in the year to the new space at the Sullivan Center. The Louis Sullivan-designed property was known as the Carson, Pirie, Scott and Company Building for more than a century.

Help at Home was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jonathan Metzl, Jeff Samaras and James Stein. The property’s owner, 601W, was represented by Jamey Dix and Steven Golz of Telos Group.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
