Home Builder Scores Former Golf Course

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of Terrace Hill Golf Course, a disused 140-acre facility located in Algonquin, IL. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.

Rick Gordon and Richard Kozarits, senior associates and directors of the land and redevelopment division in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Encino offices, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.  The buyer, a national and public home builder, was secured and represented by Gordon and Kozarits.

Terrace Hill Golf Course is located at West Algonquin Road and Fairway View in Algonquin.
