Holualoa Building Buckeye Townhome Rentals

Construction is commencing on a new housing concept reasonably priced for middle-class individuals and families, with the first project located within walking distance from historic downtown Buckeye. 

Lanai will be a modern multifamily community in downtown Buckeye, featuring townhome-style residences and several amenities. With 444 units built over two phases of construction, the townhome project features patios and indoor-outdoor living. 

Ground floor units will feature dedicated semi-private front courtyards. Outdoor amenities include a pool and lounge area, splash pad, playground, outdoor fitness equipment and area, dog park and dog run. 

Holualoa Companies and Countrywalk Community Developers are partnering on the new development, which was designed by the architectural firm WORKSBUREAU.
