• AAA Candle Supply, Inc. expanded into 11,590 square feet at 10460-10474 Brockwood Rd., Dallas. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC. Barret Bufkin of ESRP represented the tenant. Barnes and Wallace also represented Taurus Investment at the same location in a 6,960-square-foot lease to Nevitt Fragrances. Barret Bufkin of ESRP represented the tenant.
• OMG Thermoforming, Inc. leased 11,607 square feet at 3407 Avenue D, Arlington. Canon Shoults and Clay Balch of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, ATCAP Partners. Kurt North of North Pointe Commercial Realty Services represented the tenant.
• Sunrise Wood Designs, LLC leased 135,405 square feet at 8801 Autobahn Dr., Dallas. Canon Shoults and John Gorman of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Associates. Michael Chiocca of CBRE represented the tenant.
