Holualoa Debuts Tempe Apartments

Construction is complete on a transit-oriented housing community in Tempe. Dwell @ 5th and Farmer is a 129-unit project integrated with two existing office buildings and open space to create a mixed-use development. The Tempe project is Holualoa’s first in what is envisioned to be a series of Dwell developments in the Valley.

Dwell is an infill project positioned to provide attainable downtown housing where rents are at the highest in the Valley. The new multifamily project includes a number of amenities such as landscaped pedestrian areas and open outdoor space, live/work-oriented amenity rooms for residents, as well as “Zoom” rooms and private meeting rooms, a fitness center and dog-friendly features, resident lounges and rooftop lounge, and convenient, walkable access to light rail and streetcar stations.

AR Mays was the construction leader, and Architekton—which is located on-site—and Worksbureau were the project architects.
