Hollingsworth Cos. Secure 128K-SF Industrial Lease in Tennessee

Developer Hollingsworth Cos. has secured a 127,900-square-foot full-building lease with logistics solutions provider HemaSource at a newly-developed industrial facility in Andersonville, TN.

The steel building has the capacity to expand to 172,600 square feet and features 32-foot clear heights and 12 dock doors. HemaSource is a medical supply distributor that partners with ambulatory clinic customers to increase operational excellence in the ordering, usage, delivery and storage of medical products.

“This new, state of the art facility is a strategic move that will expand our distribution capabilities, allow us to better serve our customers, and enable further growth in key markets,” said Tom Jordan, CEO at HemaSource.
