Holland Partners Expands SoCal Development Pipeline

Connect Los Angeles is coming on June 21st. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Vancouver, WA-based Holland Partners acquired a 2.45-acre development site in San Pedro, CA for $24.5 million from Omninet San Pedro, LLC. Located at 550 S. Palos Verdes and 140-160 6th St., the property is envisioned for a multifamily project.

The land is configured with two recently vacated office buildings, and was entitled for 404 units of residential and 5,200 square feet of retail. Nadel had previously designed a six-story, podium-style project that offers unobstructed views of the San Pedro waterfront, as well as open courtyards, water features, a pool, recreation deck and outdoor lounge areas.

Madison Partners’ Lynwood Fields represented the seller, as well as the buyer, in the off-market transaction.
