Holland Partner, NASH and Lowe Launch Downtown SD Mixed-Use
Holland Partner Group, North America Sekisui House (NASH) and Lowe are underway with the development of West in Downtown San Diego, a $400-million, 37-story mixed-use project at 1011 Union St.
As the first multi-mixed-use tower in San Diego, the project will feature 270,000 square feet of office space, 19,000 square feet of retail space and 431 luxury apartments. Completion of West is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
“West exemplifies the team’s big vision thinking necessary to develop a project of this scale, complexity and high-caliber design,” said Brent Schertzer, managing director for Holland.
Leading the office leasing efforts at West Downtown San Diego are JLL’s Tony Russell and Richard Gonor. West can accommodate a wide range of users from 25,000 square feet to 270,000 square feet. There are also future expansion options for a total of up to +/-870,000 square feet of office space on two contiguous blocks.
