Holland Partner Group Promotes Connell; Parsons Retires
Real estate investment company Holland Partner Group, has announced executive changes within its development business line. Raymond Connell (pictured) has been promoted from Bay Area development director to managing director of Seattle, while Tom Parsons, executive managing director of Seattle begins his retirement transition.
Connell has more than 17 years of real estate experience and has been with Holland Development since 2015. In his new role, he will lead the Seattle team in pursuit of site acquisition, deal underwriting and project execution.
“We’re honored to welcome Ray as our new managing director of Seattle,” said Holland Partner Group CEO Craig Parker. “His experience in the industry and track record at Holland make him an excellent addition to our Seattle team.”
Parsons has been with Holland Development for over 12 years. During his retirement transition, Parsons will continue to play an integral role in Holland’s commercial and retail projects in the Puget Sound real estate industry.
