Craig Parker has been named as the new CEO of Holland Partner Group, while Matt Eilen has succeeded him as COO

Holland Partner Group Names New CEO 

Real estate investment company Holland Partner Group (HPG), headquartered in Vancouver, WA, announced Craig Parker as its new CEO effective this past Jan. 1, and welcomed veteran finance and real estate executive Matt Eilen as COO earlier this month. Clyde Holland, HPG’s former CEO, now serves as the company’s executive chairman. T 

The company has also promoted Tom Warren to president of Holland Development, the company’s residential and mixed-use urban infill division. 

Parker joined HPG in 2017 and most recently served as the company’s chief operating officer. During his time with Holland, he has overseen the delivery of more than 7,000 units and sales transactions valued at more than $3 billion.
