Holland Delivers Pair of DTLA MF’s

Vancouver, WA-based developer Holland Partner Group (HPG) completed a pair of multifamily towers, The Grace and The Griffin on Spring, in DTLA. The two high-rise mixed-use developments are located at the intersection of the Historic Core and Fashion Districts at 8th and Spring streets.

The 24-story towers include a mix of studios to three-bedroom apartments. The Griffin on Spring is comprised of 275 residential units above 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail, while The Grace on Spring consists of 300 units above 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Both towers feature such amenities as observatory rooftop lounges, a fitness center, business center and conference rooms, resort-style swimming pool and an entertainment lounge.

MVE + Partners’ Matthew McLarand, which designed the development, says, “Since breaking ground, the towers have reinforced a sense of renewed vitality within the local community, as premier retail stores and restaurants emerge in the immediate area, helping to bridge together other newly-revitalized areas of Downtown Los Angeles.”
