Holiday Inn Hotel Close to O’Hare Airport Acquired by Investor Group

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 111-room Holiday Inn Express hotel property in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

“The property is slated for comprehensive interior renovations in the coming months, which will transform the guest rooms and common areas and further enhance its competitive position in the O’Hare submarket,” said Ebrahim Valliani, managing director of investments.

Valliani and Michael Klar, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investor groups. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller and Chris Gomes of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.

The Holiday Inn Express is situated on 1.17 acres at 2111 S. Arlington Heights Road. The six-story hotel is located approximately 10 miles from O’Hare International Airport and benefits from strong corporate, medical and leisure demand drivers in the northwest suburban Chicago market. The hotel features amenities such as a meeting room, fitness center, breakfast area and airport shuttle.
