Hogan Lovells Moves Boston Office to 125 High Street

Global legal practice Hogan Lovells has officially moved its Boston office to 125 High Street. The firm recently signed a 15-year lease on two floors of the recently-renovated 30-story High Street Tower building. Hogan Lovells is occupying two floors in the office complex for a total of approximately 41,000 square feet.

The building, located in Boston’s Financial District, is nearby South Station and features views of downtown as well as Boston Harbor. The building also features an 11-story glass atrium for private functions, underground parking garages, a conference center and a gym. Tishman Speyer owns 125 High Street.

“This move marks an important next step for Hogan Lovells in Boston,” said Bill Lovett, office managing partner of Hogan Lovells’ Boston office. “The new space allows us room to grow and expand our practice to better serve clients in the Boston market. We have already added an IP Life Sciences team to the Boston office, as well as regulatory and appellate capabilities.”
