Hoffman & Associates Appoints Mary Beth Avedesian as Senior Vice President of Development 

Hoffman & Associates, a real estate development company based in Washington, DC, has appointed Mary Beth Avedesian as senior vice president of development. Avedesian brings over 30 years of experience to the role, with ample knowledge of the greater Washington, DC region and a focus on the Northern Virginia market.  

She will manage several major projects across the region, including West Falls in Falls Church, Virginia, which will be the largest development project in the city’s history. Avedesian will also oversee the 4600 Fairfax Drive multifamily development in Arlington, Virginia, which will feature nearly 500 residences and is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.  

“It is an honor to join this talented team whose projects have received both regional and national acclaim,” said Avedesian. Avedesian joins Hoffman & Associates from B.F. Saul Company, where she served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development.
