Hoerr Properties Acquires Multi-Tenant Industrial

Hoerr Properties LLC recently purchased a 36,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial facility at 2430-2436 Wadsworth Rd. in Waukegan, IL. Terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
The property consists of 12 units, varying in sizes from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet. The new owner will be completing some improvements to the property, and hired Entre Commercial Realty to lease out the vacant units. Each unit has a small existing office, 16’ clear height, 14 x 12 drive-in doors, clear span warehouse space, and the opportunity to lease some outdoor storage on the property. 
Brian Bocci of Entre represented the undisclosed seller.
