Hobby Lobby Readies for Move into K-Mart Space
Hobby Lobby is making plans to lease approximately 55,000 square feet at Northridge Plaza in Pierre, SD. According to Northridge Plaza property manager Tony Jockheck, the crafting and home décor retailer could open on North Harrison Avenue by fall of this year.
K-Mart, which currently occupies 85,000 square feet, will close this month. Jockheck says he’s looking for another business to fill the remaining 30,000 square feet, but did not discuss which businesses were under consideration.
