Hobbs Brook Secures New Leases, Renewal at Rhode Island Offices

Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) recently executed 125,500 square feet of new leases and extensions at Northwoods, a three-story, 315,710-square-foot, Class A, LEED Gold-Certified office building located at 1301 Atwood Ave. in Johnston, RI. The tenants include the following: 

  • Dimeo Construction Company, which signed a 28,000-square-foot lease.
  • Zebra Technologies Corporation, which signed a two-phased lease at the property for approximately 13,500 square feet. 
  • Dassault Systèmes, which renewed its lease for 84,000+/- square-feet. 

“The sustained leasing momentum at Northwoods underscores the value of resilience-focused operations, stable ownership and the integration of energy-efficient and sustainable building practices,” said Peter Gottlieb, president and CEO of HBRE. 

Cushman & Wakefield/Hayes & Sherry’s Matt Fair and Peter Hayes represented HBRE. Dimeo Construction Company was represented by CBRE’s Alden Anderson, Zebra Technologies Corporation was represented by JLL’s Sean Lynch in the firm’s respective transaction, and Dassault Systèmes was represented by JLL’s Brendan Callahan and Gabrielle Harvey.
