Hobbs Brook Real Estate Taps Joshua Hill as VP

Waltham-based developer, owner and operator of office and life science space Hobbs Brook Real Estate has tapped Joshua Hill as Vice President and Chief Counsel. Hill brings more than 20 years of real estate law experience that has included creating, leading, and managing global real estate legal teams with an occupier focused perspective.

In his new role, Hill will be responsible for managing Hobbs Brook’s legal functions, including its commercial and corporate real estate portfolios that consists of over five million square feet of new development, redevelopment, and long-term asset holdings. He also oversees leasing, acquisitions, development, construction and corporate matters.
