Hoar Construction Tops Out 21-Story MXU Tower in Buckhead

Hoar Construction and development partner LMC have topped out Gentry, a 21-story luxury mixed-use apartment tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead Village.

Located at 3172 Roswell Rd., the property was built on a one-acre surface parking lot that once housed the former Rio Bravo restaurant. Gentry will include 290 apartments, a six-level parking deck with 458 spaces and 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include an eighth-floor terrace with outdoor movie theater, rooftop private dining room with catering kitchen, luxury pool area with cabanas and an outdoor lounge with views of the Atlanta skyline.

“We’re pleased to partner with Hoar Construction as we create a one-of-a-kind community that combines luxury living with a walkable neighborhood experience that is unparalleled,” said Steve Gorning, vice president of development at LMC. “Anticipation continues to build as we prepare to open next spring.”
