Hoar Breaks Ground on 360-Unit Nashville MF Tower

Hoar Construction has broken ground on Aspire Gulch, a 10-story, 360-unit multifamily tower in Nashville’s Gulch district.

The Dinerstein Cos. is serving as master developer for the project, which is located on a two-acre parcel between Division Street and Main Street. Amenities at the community will include a rooftop swimming pool, 507 parking spaces and a jam room for residents to use for music creation and production. Topping out is slated to take place in the fall of 2021, with the building set to deliver in June 2022.

“We are pleased to hit this important milestone for Aspire Gulch, which is a testament to the ability of our project partners to overcome the less than ideal conditions we’ve had to tackle in the initial stages,” said Philip Shepard, project manager at Hoar. “Hoar is excited to expand our footprint in the Nashville region, which will continue to be a top focus for us in the decade ahead as we cultivate new opportunities in a variety of real estate sectors.”
