HNTB Taps Savills as Real Estate Advisor

Kansas City, MO-based HNTB Corporation, an infrastructure solutions firm providing engineering, architecture and planning services, selected Savills as its exclusive real estate advisor. A Savills team led by Dallas-based Charles Daggett and Phoenix-based Dina Zavislak will advise on portfolio strategy and provide integrated services including transaction management, workforce strategy and lease administration.

“HNTB is one of the most preeminent engineering firms nationwide and we are proud to be its partner of choice for real estate advisory services,” said Daggett. “We are excited to work with the team at HNTB to drive portfolio optimization and strategy to achieve the best results for the firm.”

Along with Daggett and Zavislak, the team includes Frank McCafferty, Kim Esposito and Bryan Ezell. “We will apply our team’s in-depth AEC industry expertise and occupier-focused services and solutions to create a customized program to position HNTB and its portfolio for long-term success,” said Zavislak.
