HNA’s 245 Park Ave. Scores 224K SF of Leases

SL Green Realty, as leasing agent for HNA Group North America’s 245 Park Ave., finalized leases covering 224,408 square feet. Leases include:

• Ares Management Corporation, a global alternative investment manager, signed a five-year, 38,564-square-foot lease renewal and expansion. The tenant was represented by Savills’ Daniel Horowitz, Jeff Peck, John Bertram and Roi Shleifer of Savills.
• The Norinchukin Bank, a Japanese cooperative bank, signed a five-year, 37,611-square-foot renewal. JLL’s Daoud Awad and Hitoshi Aratani represented the tenant.
• Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank and existing subtenant at 245 Park, signed a new 10-year lease covering 148,233 square feet. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s John Maher, Paul Stimpfle and Peter Gamber.

SL Green, together with a Cushman & Wakefield team of Patrick Murphy, Tara Stacom, Ron LoRusso, Justin Royce, Pierce Hance and Will Yeatman, represented HNA in all three transactions.
