HKS Secures $10M Refinance for MD Hilton Garden Inn

HKS Real Estate Advisors has arranged a $10.1 million loan with LMF to refinance the Hilton Garden Inn, a 98-key, 59,000-square-foot hotel located at 8241 Snowden River Parkway in Columbia, Maryland.

HKS’ John Harrington arranged the financing. The loan retires a construction loan and will support the property’s ongoing operations and enhancements. Owned and operated by Mukesh Majmudar of Star Hotels, the hotel is undergoing a $1.5 million Property Improvement Plan (PIP) renovation.

Located off Route 100, the property is five miles from downtown Columbia and The Mall in Columbia, and within walking distance of various dining options. The Baltimore/Washington International Airport is situated nearby and the property features over 1,200 square feet of meeting space.
