Acme Hall, a mixed-use property in Brooklyn's Park Slop neighborhood, was built in 1890

Historic Park Slope Mixed-Use Trades for $11M

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of Acme Hall, a 20,303-square-foot, mixed-use building at 435 9th St. in Brooklyn. The final sale price was $11,000,000. Buyer and seller weren’t disclosed.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan O’Brien, Jonathan Squires, Caroline Hodes and Josh Neustadter represented the seller.

“Built in 1890, the timeless design and rich history of Acme Hall adds historical and aesthetic value to the beloved Park Slope neighborhood,” said O’Brien.

Squires added, “The sale of an outer borough office and retail property at this price in today’s market demonstrates the effectiveness of Cushman’s platform during any economic condition.”

Acme Hall is a four-story building with three retail units on the ground floor and one office unit on the upper floors. The property features an elevator, oversized arched windows, original tin ceilings, oak woodwork, a ballroom and 130 feet of wraparound frontage.
