Historic New England Buys Haverhill Office Building for $5M 

Historic New England has acquired a 142,000-square-foot office building in Haverhill, Massachusetts, for $4.5 million from a family ownership group. 

Located at 143-147 Essex St, the building was built in 1911 and underwent renovations in 2005. It stands eight stories tall on a 1.64-acre lot. It is currently leased to over 70 tenants, including professional office tenants and self-storage. 

The sale was facilitated by Luigi Lessa and Harrison Klein from Marcus & Millichap, who had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured buyer.
