Historic 201-Unit Apartment Community in Nashville Trades Hands

CBRE has arranged the sale of Hayes House, a 201-unit apartment community in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village. Built in two phases during 1924 and 1997, the property is a four-block neighborhood surrounded by Nashville’s Midtown, Belmont and Music Row neighborhoods.

Russ Oldham, Brett Kingman and Steve Massey of CBRE represented the seller, Nashville-based Nicol Investment Co., in the transaction. An undisclosed buyer assumed the in-place loan and acquired the community.

“Hayes House is a one-of-a-kind asset in a highly-sought after location, and offers a buyer the rare opportunity to acquire an asset in a core-quality location combined with a value-add component,” said Oldham, executive vice president at CBRE.
