Hippodrome Adds Another Floor of ElevatedNY Prebuilt Offices

The Hippodrome, a Class A office tower in Midtown Manhattan, has expanded ElevatedNY, its flexible office offering located at 1120 Ave. of the Americas. As part of the expansion, Hippodrome management has added another floor of furnished, prebuilt offices, called Team Suites, to the ElevatedNY business, bringing total square footage of 130,000 square feet across four floors.

Designed by LB Architects, the expanded space introduces 26,000 square feet of newly built work environments. It features 18 fully furnished Team Suites designed to accommodate organizations of up to 12 people. ElevatedNY’s new Team Suites are now available for pre-leasing, with move-ins beginning in July 2025.

“As our community has grown, we’ve cultivated a dynamic mix of both established and emerging businesses under one roof,” said Lenny Lazzarino, SVP of leasing at Edison Properties. “We’re thrilled to announce the exciting expansion in the Hippodrome, where we can welcome even more innovative businesses.”
