Hines’ boutique multifamily property management firm, Willowick Residential, will be the property management company for 33 Tehama, a 278,000-square-foot luxury apartment community in SoMa. This project marks Willowick Residential’s first project in the western region of the United States.

33 Tehama offers 403 luxury urban-style residences in a 35-story building. Residents are a block away from the Transbay Transit Center and two blocks away from the Embarcadero BART/MUNI station.
