Hines Prepares for 577K-SF Corner Ridge Crossing

Houston-based Hines is readying to develop its first San Antonio project, planning to break ground on the 576,800-square-foot Corner Ridge Crossing. The master-planned, four-building, speculative industrial park will be on 45 acres, within the Cornerstone Industrial Park in northeast San Antonio.

Roger Hill III and Kyle Mueller of JLL are handling leasing for the project, which is scheduled to deliver by Q2 2020. The development is bracketed by Corner Ridge and Ackerman, near Loop 410 and Interstate 10. Groundbreaking will take place next month.

“The location at Cornerstone is ideal for users who need to efficiently serve the greater San Antonio area, in addition to Austin, Houston, and population centers in between,” said Hines’ Laura Denkler. “The direct access to both 410 and I-10, the proximity to population and affordable labor, and the customer focus and attention to building quality that Hines has built its reputation on, will lead to a very successful project.”
