HInes developing second Victory Park highrise

Hines Planning 23-Story Victory Park Tower

The high-rise would include 497 units and an eight-level parking garage. The Dallas Business Journal reports a Hines development team submitted a development plan to the Dallas City Plan Commission for review.

The project team includes Houston-based architects Munoz + Albin and House & Robertson Architects; structural engineer Urban Structure; Telios Engineering; landscape architect TBG Partners; civil engineer Pacheco Koch; and interior designer Ink + Oro.

The project site is a parking lot next to the 17-story One Victory Park office tower developed by Hines. It’s just steps away from the developer’s 39-story, 344-unit Victor apartment tower, which opened in 2021.

The planning document names Hines as an owner alongside Mitsui Fudosan America, which also partnered with Hines on the ongoing redevelopment of Uptown’s Maple Terrace into offices, residences and restaurants (in photo).
