Hines Debuts 345 Uptown Dallas Residences, Offices
Hines, along with partners Mitsui Fudosan America and McNair Interests, opened Maple Terrace Residences. The first residents have moved into the 22-story historic tower at 3003 Maple Avenue at Wolf Street in Uptown Dallas.
Maple Terrace is a 3.37-acre mixed-use development anchored by the original 1920s Maple Terrace building, which has been preserved and has been adapted for office space. Besides the residences and office space, the project includes 15,000 square feet of street-facing restaurant space.
Maple Terrace Residences offers 345 apartment homes ranging from 601 to 2,879 square feet. Designed by Dallas’ GFF.
Residents enjoy indoor and outdoor amenities, including a pool terrace, a fitness center, a clubroom with a kitchen, a media lounge and gameday room, a golf simulator, co-working areas, and a creative studio. Additionally, residents and office users enjoy exclusive access to Alfred’s, a private craft cocktail bar named after Sir Alfred Bossom, the visionary architect of Maple Terrace.
