Hines, CushWake, Delos Team on Back-to-Work Guidelines
Hines, Cushman & Wakefield and the Well Living Lab, a collaboration of Delos and the Mayo Clinic, are partnering on a plan to study the design and operation of workspaces, aiming to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses. The Well Living Lab will leverage its field study capabilities in Cushman & Wakefield’s and Hines’ offices, along with Delos’ global headquarters in New York.
“As we contemplate reopening our offices in the wake of COVID-19, it is critical that we take an evidence-based approach to make our workspaces safer when we return,” said Delos CEO Paul Scialla.
Hines plans to include locations, buildings and workspaces from its global management portfolio. The study will also invite participation in other field locations from additional corporate tenants and landlords.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Despina Katsikakis said the research would expand on the firm’s 6 Feet Office prototype.
