Hines Buys North & Clybourn Chicago Retail Center

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of North & Clybourn Center, a 100% leased trophy retail asset located in the heart of Chicago’s affluent Lincoln Park neighborhood. The 68,121-square-foot center was sold to Hines U.S. Property Partners.

North & Clybourn Center features long-term lease commitments with best-in-class tenants, including Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, Sweetgreen, Potbelly, and LensCrafters. Located at 850, 900 and 908 W. North Avenue on over three acres of land, the shopping center benefits from some of the best consumer demographics in the country.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi and Principal and Executive Vice President Stan Nitzberg were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of a private seller.
