Hines Begins Leasing at MF in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward

Hines, a global real estate investment, development, and property management firm, has launched leasing at 333 North Water Street, a Class A multifamily project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s historic Third Ward. 333 North Water Street will feature a 31-story tower with 333 luxury rental units as well as ground-level retail and 22,700 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.

It is the only high-rise multifamily project in the historic Third Ward neighborhood, sitting amidst existing high-end retail, a multitude of dining and entertainment options and the Milwaukee Public Market.

333 North Water will also include direct access to Milwaukee’s Riverwalk System and proximity to public transportation. Rents will start at $2,200, and the property will offer a variety of living options, including studio, convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom and penthouse units. The first move-ins at 333 North Water will take place in June.
