Hines Announces Flexible Workspace at Bowen Building

The Square, a flexible workspace platform in the Bowen Building, will open in Washington, DC the fall.

Located at 875 15th St NW, The Bowen Building is owned by JPMorgan Chase and managed by Hines. It will become The Square’s fifth location globally. The Square at the Bowen Building will offer furnished offices and suites in a Class AA space. It will provide flexible memberships, including enterprise suites, private offices and suites, shared workspaces, and monthly memberships.

“The hybrid work environment creates variable demand for office space and requires creative office solutions. We partnered with Hines to bring The Square to the Bowen Building as a direct response to these changing needs and the current nature of the workplace,” said D’Juan O’Donald, executive director at JPMorgan Chase. The Bowen Building can accommodate up to 225 people and offers access to building amenities such as a rooftop, lounge space, and a fitness center.
