Hines Adding Two Office Buildings to The Ranch

The developer of The Galleria wants a piece of The Ranch in Allen. Hines is eyeing the Katy Trail Ice House: The Ranch, for two office buildings in the thriving mixed-use project in Allen.

The Houston-based real estate developer is working with the owner of the Katy Trail Ice House to bring two office buildings to a new mixed-use development in Allen.

Work on the Offices at the Ranch is expected to begin in 2025. The Dallas Business Journal reports the entire project will cost around $100 million.

The office development is expected to encompass 180,000 square feet.
